How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your pet’s appointment in a few easy ways:

Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to confirm the date and time.

Do you accept emergencies or urgent care visits?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate urgent and same-day appointments during regular business hours. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us right away so we can provide guidance and prepare for your arrival.

For after-hours emergencies, our voicemail will include contact information for nearby emergency hospitals.

We also work with pet insurance providers and are happy to help you submit claims. Visit our Payment Options page for more details.

How far in advance should I schedule my pet’s appointment?

Routine visits, such as wellness exams and vaccinations, can often be scheduled within a few weeks. However, appointment availability can vary based on the time of year. If you need a specific date or time, we recommend booking as early as possible.

For sick pets or urgent needs, please call us directly—we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly.

What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?

For new patients, please bring:

  • Any previous veterinary records or vaccination history
  • A list of current medications or supplements
  • Your completed New Client Form (to save time at check-in)

If your pet is nervous or fearful at the vet, let us know ahead of time so we can make their visit as calm and comfortable as possible.

Do you offer boarding or grooming services?

Yes! We offer both boarding and grooming services for our clients. Our boarding facilities are clean, comfortable, and monitored by our veterinary team. Grooming services include baths, trims, and nail care to help your pet look and feel their best.

What if my pet needs surgery?

Our experienced veterinarians perform a wide range of soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries in our fully equipped surgical suite. We follow strict safety and monitoring protocols before, during, and after surgery to ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being.

Before the procedure, we’ll provide detailed instructions and answer all your questions so you feel confident about your pet’s care.

Do you offer alternative therapies?

Yes. In addition to traditional veterinary medicine, we’re proud to offer acupuncture as part of our holistic approach to care. Acupuncture can help manage pain, improve mobility, and support recovery for many conditions.

Ask our team if acupuncture might benefit your pet’s specific needs.
